Cooking Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until bubbly.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
  • In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Sauté until tender and the garlic is fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with garlic and peppers. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and return the chicken to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and let simmer for another 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
