Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season them generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once bubbly, add the chicken breasts to the pan.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and honey, stirring until well blended.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder, stirring continuously until the glaze thickens slightly and bubbles.
  • Return the chicken to the pan, ensuring each piece is coated with the honey butter glaze. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Plate your chicken, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for later use. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
