Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare your baking sheet by greasing it gently with cooking spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into squares, aiming for about 3x3 inches.
  • On each square, place a small handful of shredded mozzarella followed by a few slices of pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the cheese and pepperoni.
  • Fold the dough over to form a pocket, pinching the edges to seal.
  • Place the stuffed rolls on the baking sheet, giving them a little space.
  • Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
