Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen) Fresh strawberries are preferred; if out of season, you can use raspberries or blueberries.
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows Consider sugar-free mini marshmallows for a lighter option.
  • 8 ounces Whipped Cream (or Cool Whip) You can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier choice.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Light cream cheese works well for a lighter version.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (optional) Adjust sweetness to preference; alternatives include honey or sugar substitutes.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by washing your strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the green tops, and slice them into quarters.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth or whisk Greek yogurt until creamy.
  • Gradually mix in sugar, tasting to ensure desired level of sweetness.
  • Fold in whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add in the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, gently folding until combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Serve by scooping generous portions onto dessert plates.

Notes

Consider adding vanilla extract for flavor, or chopped nuts for crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
