  • 2 large Eggs For binding the cookie dough.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Blend until the dough is smooth.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Once chilled, scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated.
  • Place the sugar-dusted balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies begin to crack on top.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, can be paired with milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze the cookie dough balls.
