Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the baby potatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.
  • Trim the ends of the green beans.

Cooking

  • In a large baking dish or sheet pan, add the prepared potatoes, green beans, and sliced sausage. Spread them out evenly.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Ensure the ingredients are in a single layer for proper roasting.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the sausage is caramelized. Toss halfway through for even cooking.
  • After removing from the oven, let it cool slightly before serving.
