Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered Choose ripe, fragrant berries for the best sweetness.
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved Red or green both work; they add a lovely pop.
  • 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced Stone fruit brings a soft, fragrant note.
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced Bright and tart for contrast.
  • 1 cup blueberries Tiny bursts of color and antioxidant goodness.
  • 1 lime, zest and juice Wakes up the fruit and keeps it bright.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Binds the dressing and adds gentle sweetness.
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced Aromatic lift; basil is a fun swap for a sweeter twist.
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds or chopped pistachios For crunch and a comforting finish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and prep the fruit: rinse, hull, peel, and slice as needed.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the lime zest, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  • Gently add all the chopped fruit to the bowl and toss with the dressing.
  • Sprinkle the sliced mint and toasted nuts over the top and give the salad one last gentle toss.
  • Taste and adjust: add a squeeze more lime or a drizzle more honey if you want it brighter or sweeter.

Serving

  • Serve immediately for the freshest texture, or chill briefly for a cooler, more melded flavor.

Notes

Make it a festive centerpiece by adding pomegranate seeds and sparkling water just before serving. For a creamy twist, fold in Greek yogurt or ricotta. This salad can also be a breakfast parfait or a savory-sweet balance with added cucumber and feta.
