Cooking Instructions

  • In a large pot, drizzle a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the broth and bring it to a simmer.
  • Toss in the sliced carrots and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Carefully add the frozen potstickers to the pot, stirring gently.
  • Cook for about 5-6 minutes, until heated through and floating at the top.
  • Mix in the chopped bok choy and soy sauce; let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Serve hot, topped with fresh green onions.

Notes

You can use whole grain or gluten-free potstickers for dietary restrictions. Feel free to customize toppings for additional flavor.
