Ingredients
  

For the Sausage Gravy

  • 1 package 1 (16 oz) package breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

For the Pizza

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray, as needed
  • 1 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or more, to taste

Instructions
 

Make the Sausage Gravy

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle flour evenly over the sausage and stir to coat well.
  • Slowly add 2 cups of milk while stirring constantly.
  • Simmer for another 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Season with black pepper to taste and remove from heat.

Scramble the Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and 1/4 cup of milk until fully blended.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, and add the egg mixture.
  • Cook the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are just set, then remove from heat.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a greased baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.
  • Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the gravy, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.

Bake and Serve

  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a simple green salad for a balanced meal. Consider adding hot sauce or sour cream for added flavor.
