  • Wash and dry peaches, tomatoes, and basil. Slice peaches into thin wedges.
  • Arrange peaches and cherry tomato halves on a large platter, alternating for visual appeal.
  • Place torn or whole burrata gently on top, slice open just before serving if using whole burrata.
  • Scatter basil leaves and toasted nuts (if using) on top.
  • Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Finish with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Serve immediately, encouraging guests to scoop burrata with each peach slice.

Notes
