  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Use sharp cheddar or pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  • 1/4 cup butter (unsalted) Enhances flavor.

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley Adds freshness.

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in the ranch dressing mix.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, about 12×8 inches. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the dough.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and roll tightly from one long side to the other. Seal the edges and cut the roll into 1-inch pieces.

Baking

  • Place the pizza rolls cut-side up on a greased baking sheet. Brush the remaining garlic butter on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden-brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Alternatively, pair them with a fresh green salad or roasted vegetables. Cool leftovers completely before storing in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
