  • 1 medium onion, chopped Adds a depth of flavor and sweetness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances the dish significantly.
  • 2 cups beef broth Use low-sodium broth if you prefer.
  • 1 cup heavy cream This is the star that brings the creamy goodness; can swap with Greek yogurt.

Cooking Instructions

  • In a large pot, over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
  • Add the pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine everything.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed some of the broth.
  • Remove the pot from heat, and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well blended and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy your delicious creation!
