  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling. Add the steak bites, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference.
  • Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. Let it rest to keep the juices intact.
  • In the same skillet, add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions (4-6 minutes for fresh, longer for frozen).
  • In a separate bowl, mix the remaining butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, and parsley. Pour this buttery blend over the cooked tortellini and stir until coated.
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet, gently folding everything together and heating through for another minute.
  • Plate and garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop, adding a splash of broth or water to revive the sauce.
