  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes Fresh is best for added crunch.
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives Alternatively, use jalapeños for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the refried beans evenly over the tortilla.
  • Layer on the cooked ground meat or chosen substitute evenly.
  • Drizzle the salsa over the toppings.
  • Add the shredded cheese evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle the diced tomatoes and olives on top.
  • Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool briefly, and chop cilantro for garnish.
  • Slice and serve hot, garnished with cilantro and optional sour cream or guacamole.
