Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir until well combined, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  • Slowly add in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • Place the seared chicken back into the skillet, coating it generously with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to reheat and blend the flavors.
