  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For depth of flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture and shape them into small, compact bites. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of each bite.

Baking

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the bites are crispy and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider using sweet potatoes for a healthier option. Add crumbled bacon or sausage for more protein. Enhance flavor with seasonal herbs or spices.
