Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir gently.
  • Add in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
