Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving
