Wrap Base

  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas The base for our crunch wraps.

Filling

  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey Adds hearty flavor and protein.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Melty, comforting texture; swap for dairy-free cheese if preferred.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Chopped, for freshness.
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced, adds great color and crunch.
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt For a creamy finish.
  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Brings the filling to life; can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 each Avocado Provides healthy fats and smooth texture.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop the lettuce and tomatoes, and set them aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef or turkey along with taco seasoning. Cook until browned.
  • In a separate pan, warm the low-carb tortillas lightly until they are pliable.

Assembly

  • On each tortilla, layer the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado. Add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • Fold the tortilla in half, then in half again to form a triangle.
  • Place it in the skillet, seam-side down, and cook until golden and crispy on both sides—about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Slice in half and enjoy your crunchy creation!

Notes

Feel free to customize your wrap by adding jalapeños for heat, using black beans for a meat-free option, and experimenting with different types of cheese. Serve with a fresh side salad or homemade keto chips.
