Cooking Steps

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they become translucent.
  • Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot. Brown the sausage for about 5 minutes.
  • Toss in the diced potatoes and fresh green beans, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
  • Add the chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and a sprinkle of salt. Stir and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
