Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the sausage slices on a foil-lined baking sheet, then add your potato and broccoli mixture. Drizzle the honey garlic glaze over the entire sheet pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through until everything is cooked and beautifully browned.
