Main Ingredients

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil to prepare the marinade.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or bowl, pour the marinade over, and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and sear the chicken in the hot skillet.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet, let it bubble for a few minutes to create a glaze, and spoon over chicken before serving.

Notes

For added nutrition and flavor, add colorful veggies during the last few minutes of cooking. Consider fresh herbs for garnish, and red pepper flakes for some spice.
