  • 1 cup blueberries These add a burst of flavor and nutrition. Blackberries can also work well.
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) Coconut enhances the tropical vibe; feel free to omit if you’re not a fan.
  • Juice of 1 lime Fresh lime juice brightens flavors. Lemon juice could be a substitute.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by washing all fruits thoroughly. Use a sharp knife to carefully cube the pineapple, slice the strawberries and bananas, and dice the mango.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits.
  • Sprinkle in the shredded coconut and give everything a gentle toss to combine.
  • Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mixture, enhancing the fruit flavors and adding a zesty kick.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To avoid bananas browning, prepare the salad close to when you plan to enjoy it.
