Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Diced into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup Harissa Paste North African chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adds natural sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil To enhance flavor and help cook evenly
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed for brightness
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning

For Skewers

  • Wooden or Metal Skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine harissa paste, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add diced chicken and toss until fully coated.
  • Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the skewers rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices.

Serving

  • Enjoy warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For maximum flavor, let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight. Try adding vegetables or swapping proteins for variety.
