Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Place your clean, dry strawberries on the paper with tops still attached.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate with the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in 20-second bursts in the microwave, stirring until glossy and smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat about two-thirds of the berry. Let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
- Place dipped strawberries back on the parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes for the chocolate to firm up slightly.
- Melt the white chocolate in the same way until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with a tiny corner snipped.
