Preparation

  • Begin by washing and chopping your cabbage into thin strips.
  • Slice the onion and mince the garlic, ready for action.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbly and fragrant.
  • Toss in the sliced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
