Ingredients
  

For the Latte

  • 2 bags Chai Tea Bags The foundation of our flavor, packed with aromatic spices.
  • 1 cup Water Essential base for brewing tea.
  • 1 cup Milk Whole, almond, or oat milk will work beautifully.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Brown Sugar To sweeten and enhance the rich flavors.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adds depth to the latte.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger Provides a hint of zest and warmth.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom Fragrant spice that rounds out the blend.

Preparation

  • In a small pot, bring the water to a gentle boil.
  • Add the chai tea bags and let them steep for about 5 minutes, releasing all those fragrant spices.
  • In a separate pot, gently heat the milk over medium flame. Stir occasionally until it’s warm but not boiling.
  • Remove the tea bags from the pot and stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
  • Pour the spiced tea into a mug and then pour the warm milk slowly to layer the flavors.
  • For a little extra indulgence, froth the milk before pouring it in for a café-style finish.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and serve warm.

Notes

Make a larger batch and store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat before serving. For a fun twist, swap brown sugar for honey or coconut sugar.
