Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and let the anticipation build!
  • Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Coat the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over them. Make sure to coat each piece thoroughly.

Cooking

  • Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Glaze: Take out the chicken, brush the remaining honey mustard mixture over it, then return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest: Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
