Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help achieve that delicious browning.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture generously over each chicken breast.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
