Meatball Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground turkey or chicken A lean source of protein.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Or almond flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce For that signature kick.
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix For a creamy, herby taste.
  • 1 large Egg Helps bind the mixture.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Optional, for savory richness.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Optional, for garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, making around 20 meatballs.
  • Lightly spray the inside of your Crock Pot with cooking spray or line it with a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup.
  • Place the meatballs in the Crock Pot, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Layer them gently if needed.
  • Pour the remaining buffalo sauce over the meatballs to ensure they are well coated.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until cooked through.
  • Once cooked, scoop out the meatballs and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For an extra twist, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking. You can also serve on toothpicks for gatherings.
