Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and quarter the baby potatoes. Place them in a medium bowl.
- Add the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the potatoes. Toss until they’re evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cook for 15 minutes, then shake the basket or toss the potatoes gently to help them brown evenly.
- Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
These potatoes can be customized with various herbs and spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and to reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
