  4. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 15 minutes, then shake the basket or toss the potatoes gently to help them brown evenly.
  2. Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

These potatoes can be customized with various herbs and spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and to reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
