Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the Chips: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop small mounds (about a tablespoon) of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the tops of each mound with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake: Place your baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until they turn golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to regain crispiness.
