  • 8 oz Pasta (any shape) Fusilli or penne recommended for best sauce adherence.
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based options.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter alternative.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped.
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Low-sodium recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, can substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning A blend of herbs.
  • to taste Salt For seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning.

  • In a large pot, boil salted water and cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Lower the heat and add cream cheese, allowing it to melt into the beef. Stir until creamy and well-combined.
  • Pour in the beef broth, mixing everything together until it reaches a silky consistency.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until every piece is coated.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the pasta, stirring to combine. Let it cook for another minute or two for a cheesy finish.
  • Dish out your creamy pasta, perhaps garnished with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
