Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Spinach Packed with nutrients.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adds rich, indulgent creaminess.
  • 2 tbsp Butter For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Brings depth and aroma.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated Can substitute with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free version.
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste Essential seasonings.
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg A pinch for warmth.

Preparation

  • If using fresh spinach, rinse and chop it coarsely. If using frozen, ensure it’s thawed and drained.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach, cooking until wilted and reduced, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Lower the heat, then add the heavy cream. Stir continuously until combined and heated through.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave. Can be frozen for up to 2 months—thaw thoroughly before reheating.
