  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Mix Brings everything together.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  • Stir in the Jiffy corn mix and eggs until just combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
