Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Notes

Feel free to swap spinach for kale or omit it. You can also replace bell peppers with zucchini or mushrooms. Consider adding fresh herbs for extra flavor, and a sprinkle of cheese on top for indulgence.
