Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to several hours for deeper flavor.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it directly on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Once grilled, let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing to ensure juiciness.

Notes

To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to maintain moisture.
