Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the chopped cinnamon roll pieces and gently fold to combine.
- If using nuts, sprinkle them in and fold again.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and fully set in the center.
Serving
- Drizzle cream cheese icing over the warm casserole and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, or drizzle additional maple syrup on top. Monitor carefully to avoid overbaking.
