Ingredients

For the Clusters

  • 12–16 pieces fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried Choose firm, ripe berries for the best texture.
  • 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for a glossy finish.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein; use dairy-free yogurt if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup To sweeten the yogurt if using plain.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, brightens the yogurt flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds or chopped pistachios For crunch and color.
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt To finish and enhance the chocolate.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat so clusters release easily.
  • Prepare the yogurt drizzle by stirring the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness; the yogurt should be tangy but slightly sweet.
  • Melt the chocolate gently: place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each, until silky and smooth.
  • Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into the bowl. Place the chocolate-covered strawberry on the parchment.
  • Spoon a small dollop of the sweetened yogurt on top of each chocolate-covered strawberry, or use a piping bag for neater presentation.
  • Sprinkle toasted nuts and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt over each cluster while the yogurt is still soft.
  • Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until chocolate and yogurt are set. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to enjoy.

Notes

For a festive twist, drizzle white chocolate over the clusters or dust with edible gold shimmer for celebrations. Store clusters in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. If preparing ahead, keep chocolate-dipped strawberries and yogurt separate until assembling.
