Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir until combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer, overlapping slightly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.

Cooking

  • Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
