Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cooking

  • Heat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated chicken on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink and has a lovely golden-brown crust.
  • After cooking, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
