Toppings

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust about ½ inch thick.

Baking the Crust

  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until it turns a lovely golden brown.

Adding Toppings

  • Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza sauce, followed by your chosen toppings.
  • Return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Notes

This pizza keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also prepare the crust in advance and freeze it before baking.
