  • 12 ounces penne pasta Any small pasta of your choice.
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Fresh or frozen.
  • 4 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, pasta, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for extra veggies. For a lighter dish, use whole wheat pasta and a lighter Alfredo sauce like Greek yogurt.
