Cheese Mixture

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded for best flavor
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated recommended

  • 1 large egg To bind the mixture
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Can adjust for taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning To add flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Transfer the cheese mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread it evenly into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. For a crispier top, broil for 1 minute at the end—watch closely.
  • Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice into strips or squares. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasoning. Try adding red pepper flakes or different cheeses for variations.
