  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce For drizzling and blending; homemade or store-bought.
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream Optional, for that café-style finish.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Adjust according to your sweetness preference.

Preparation

  • Brew your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, ice, and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Taste your frappuccino. If you want it sweeter, add the sugar and blend again.
  • Pour into a tall glass, drizzle with remaining caramel sauce, and top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use skim or almond milk, swap sugar for honey or stevia, and reduce caramel sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
