  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa or rice Cauliflower rice can be used for a low-carb version.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced Bursting with sweetness.
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce For a crisp, fresh bite.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack) Swap with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, diced Zesty and tangy.

Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Ketchup Classic condiment.
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Classic condiment.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Meat

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef (or turkey). Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Preparing the Base

  • While the meat is cooking, prepare your quinoa or rice according to package instructions.

Chopping the Veggies

  • Dice the cherry tomatoes and shred the lettuce.

Assembling the Bowls

  • Start with a generous scoop of quinoa or rice as the base. Layer on the ground meat, then sprinkle with shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.

Adding Condiments

  • Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top for that authentic burger taste.
