  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is best, but garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Adds subtle sweetness and depth.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for enhancing all the flavors.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently, but don’t overmix.
  • Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, and form the mixture into balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • In a large bowl, toss the baked meatballs with buffalo sauce until beautifully coated.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or crumbled blue cheese.

Notes

For creative variations, add shredded mozzarella or cheddar in the center of each meatball, or incorporate jalapeños for heat. Feel free to store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
