Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For creamy texture.
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adds sweetness and a mild kick.
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust spice level as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Coat each piece in cornstarch.
  • In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Carefully add the coated chicken to the hot oil, avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix until well blended.

Assembly

  • In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, followed by the mixed vegetables. Top with crispy chicken pieces and drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Substitutions include using tofu or shrimp instead of chicken, and quinoa or cauliflower rice instead of white rice. For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and consider baking the chicken instead of frying.
