Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a small saucepan, melt your garlic butter over low heat.

Assembly

  • Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the melted garlic butter over them.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving
