Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, heavy cream, minced garlic, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the seared chicken in the skillet, and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
